Reflexology & Aesthetics is committed to providing the safest, most effective treatments. I strive to find the best personalized treatments for your wellbeing.

General information
All clients are required to provide contact details; including address, telephone and email in order to secure an appointment.
All clients will complete treatment consent forms and a medical history form prior to, or at, their first appointment. This is necessary to inform the consultation and treatment planning process.
All information will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation
Patient information will not be shared with third parties without your permission.
Photographs will be taken before and after Aesthetic treatments, these will be kept as part of your consultation records.
Photographs and/or videos will not be used on social media or for promotional purposes without your consent.
Pricing is for guideline use only. I create bespoke treatments to suit individual requirements. Therefore treatments may cost more or less than the price shown, based on client requirements. All prices will be confirmed to client before treatment starts.
When making an enquiry from the website, or booking a consultation, you will added to our database and opted-in to our mailing list, You may choose to remove yourself from our mailing list at any time by contacting us.
Promotional offers and courses of treatment must be completed in the time scale agreed upon at the initial consultation.

In addition to these policies there is information on LIABILITY, COMPLICATIONS and COMPLAINTS as well as guidance on how to contact me or rearrange your appointment.
ARRIVAL: If you arrive early; text and let me know, I may be able to see you earlier; if I do not respond; assume I am still with a client so please wait until your appointment time before coming to the door. Please arrive alone unless prior permission has been granted to arrive with a companion.
LATE ARRIVAL FOR APPOINTMENTS: Arriving late for your appointment will result in a reduction of your treatment time. I will only carry out the treatment within the booked time allocated. Late arrival may result in your treatment having to be cancelled or rebooked, and may, at the reasonable discretion of Women’s Wellbeing, also result in the loss of any deposit or deducted from your course of treatments if applicable.
NO SHOW FOR TREATMENT APPOINTMENTS: A £50 charge is applied for all no-show appointments to partially compensate me for the wasted time and products. This will need to be paid before another appointment or consultation can be booked. Please note it will NOT be deducted off the treatment price.
Deposits, Consultations and Reviews Appointment Policy
Aesthetic consultations are free of charge. If you do not attend your consultation without cancelling at least 24 hours prior; in accordance with our cancellation policy a £10 fee will be added to your next booking.
After your free consultation, when booking your treatment, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit to secure your appointment; this 50% will be deducted off your treatment price. If for any reason you are not suitable for the treatment, a refund can be made; providing the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the appointment time. If you do not attend or cancel your appointment within the 24 hours before your appointment you will lose your deposit.
All review consultations are free, must be booked at the first treatment session and be within 14 days of said session. This review is not compulsory nor is it a ‘free top up’ appointment. However, necessary adjustments or corrections can be made at that review for a one off (discretionary) fee of £25.
Consultations (whether face to face or via video call) are roughly 30 minutes long. When booking your appointment, it will be confirmed by either email and/or SMS. If you do not receive a confirmation text or email, please contact me as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy is in place as a courtesy to both myself as a practitioner and other clients.
CANCELLATIONS: For cancellations, please contact Women’s Wellbeing at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited (or a £10 cancellation fee will be added to your next booking for consultations only).
Courses of treatment - Courses of treatment are to be paid in full before receiving treatment, if you do not cancel at least 24 hours prior, or do not attend your appointment, this session will be deducted from the course total or another full price session must be purchased.

Refund Policy
I do not offer refunds for treatments or courses of treatments (full or in part) . If you are unhappy with your course of treatment, please advise me immediately prior to the end of the course.
If, for any medical reason, you can no longer go ahead with your treatment course (a medical note will need to be provided) a refund will be made for the remaining sessions.
Treatment expectation and outcome policy
Treatment Disclaimer
Due to the nature of non-surgical treatments that I offer, I cannot guarantee results. Results will vary from person to person. I can only work with your anatomy. Factors such as lifestyle, medical history and age will affect your results and the longevity of results. Results are not guaranteed. It is likely that you will require multiple treatments to achieve the look you desire. For example with dermal filler it could take 2-3 sessions to see results. Even then there is absolutely no guarantee that your desired outcome can be achieved.

Unrealistic Expectations
It is not uncommon for people to have unrealistic expectations of what can be achieved with aesthetic treatments. A high percentage of images and videos online have been edited and/or filtered. Often the image appears perfect when in fact lighting, position, filters etc. have been used to create the desired image. It is my responsibility as your practitioner, to tell you honestly whether or not the results you are looking for are realistic or possible. Results are not guaranteed. It is likely that you will require multiple treatments to achieve the look you desire. For example with dermal filler it could take 2-3 sessions to see results. Even then there is absolutely no guarantee that your desired outcome can be achieved

Suitability
I always assess whether treatment is suitable, or likely to be successful for you before any treatment is carried out. If I deem the treatment unsuitable for you, I will inform you as to the reasons why.

Refusal of Treatment
I have the unlimited right to refuse to provide treatment to any potential client. I specifically reserve the right to refuse to provide treatment to any potential client who provides information or medical evidence relating to a contra-indicatory condition, or who arrives for treatment in an unfit state due to drugs or alcohol. In addition to this I reserve the right to refuse treatment to any client who has failed to disclose any contra-indicatory medical conditions which later become apparent after a deposit has been paid. Under all of these circumstances mentioned in this section the client will lose their deposit and may be refused treatment in future.
Liability, Complications and Complaints
Liability
I will not be liable in contract, or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services that I offer to the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provides us with all relevant medical history and information about pre-existing medical conditions before each treatment.
I will not be liable for any damage, including personal injury, sustained as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details. By having a treatment, the client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by or on behalf of the Clinic regarding the care of a treated area.

Complications
In the case of antiwrinkle treatments; a review appointment will be booked for 2 weeks away from the initial treatment appointment. This is not an automatic ‘top up’ it is a review to check for asymmetry. At this appointment appropriate corrections may be made free of charge, anything else will require a new appointment and will be charged at full price. In the case of dermal fillers; please be aware that it may take 4 weeks for fillers to settle, please contact me during this 4 week period if you have any concerns. If you are particularly concerned start your message with SOS I and I will endeavor to make contact asap. You have an 8 week window from the initial treatment day to contact me regarding your filler treatment. Beyond the 8 weeks a new treatment will be required and charged at full price.
Complaints
I aim to exceed all my clients’ expectations and provide you a first-class service and an enjoyable experience. However, I recognise that sometimes things go wrong. The quickest and most effective way of resolving any problem is to contact me either by telephone or email. I will listen carefully to your concerns and do what I can to correct any problems and provide a suitable solution.
Please expect a response within 5 working days after submitting your complaint to me.
